June 18-24
Week 2- Pick another element and add it in

Exercise
Food
Water
For this week the idea is to pick two of the above elements and work on them both. Don't forget about the third one though ;-)

My personal goal is to workout at least for 100 minutes

FOOD
Making sure that I eat sensibly!!

Eat Sensibly. I would like to keep my calories down and concentrate on eating eggs, chicken, fish, and legumes for my protein sources.

Exercise!! I would like to get in 4 workouts, and at least three types of workouts in.
This week I will be working on....
EXERCISE
My personal goal is to get to the gym 4X with a minimum time of 60 minutes
&
FOOD
To add more protien to my lunches.

Exercise......I want to start more weight training for toning purposes!
Food.....trying to have enough energy on 1200 cals to do all I want to do in a day!
It is what it is.Know that to be true.
I almost feel silly...but this week my focus will be on working on exercising. I have decided to lift some "weights" (actually I'm not really strong so it's going to be two cans of tomato soup for now). I'm also going to work on some stretching, and our town pool opened yesterday, so if I can get going on a daily swim, that would be the best thing for me I think.

So, you don't think I'm silly for using tomato soup cans as weights? LOL
Here's a question for you. Can walking help me gain weight? Or is it strictly a cardio exercise?
