Note about making smoothies ...

So this Sunday I went to make my green tea smoothie and I decided to try something different. Instead of using my normal frozen yogurt I buy in the ice cream department, I froze a little container of vanilla yogurt (I don't really like eating the vanilla ones that come in my pack).

Then I used Crystal Light instead of juice and added some fruit. I ended up with a smoothie that was under 80 calories, and it still tasted great!

Here's the comparison for the regular frozen yogurt and the frozen Vanilla yogurt container:

Great idea. Most of the smoothies I've been making (recipes from The Abs Diet) use vanilla yogurt, 1% milk, then frozen fruit, some with peanut butter, and ice cubes, they come out nice and thick and I don't freeze the yogurt.
