Hi Tara and Welcome to the Board! I had a hard time getting to the gym too started working out at home with dvd. Now I have quite a collection built up and seldom get bored! Have you tried "scheduling" your workouts in your calendar/PDA? I hope we're able to help you out! I look forward to getting to know you!
I'm one of those people who a)wants to workout alone, b)refuses to pay astronomical fees for a gym and c)who has a lot of workout videos (not that I'm good at alternating, but do have a wide choice LOL)
One of the ones I love to use are Leslie Sansone 'at home walking tapes' (and did see a difference in weight, shape and stamina from using them). Check out her site: www.lesliesansone.com

As for the fridge idea- I love it! I used to print out a blank calendar and mark in minutes of exercise and oz's of water every day. Felt great to look at the "good" days!

A couple of years ago I got the Leslie walk with the AB belt and found that really helped tone my upper arms. Apart from that-- weights!
