Eat regularly and not wait until I'm starving

&

Drink more actual water and less caffeinated diet pop or iced tea

&

SLEEP
Try to sleep in this crazy heatwave with no a/c

&

FUN IN THE SUN
I'm actually staying inside as much as possible with temps in the 90s this week. I am watering the lawn first thing in the morning when it's only 70 though.

Can you tell it's hot here and it's affecting every aspect of my life. ;)

Well...I've missed a week and feel sooo out of sync...here goes a jump into Week 5:

This week I will drink 64 oz. a day.

This week I will sleep 7 hours/night.

This week I will hang by the pool a little each day!

Monday



  • I went to the gym and did the treadmill for 25 minutes and worked on upper body for 40 minutes (total of 65 mins)
  • I had 2 cups of romaine lettuce with some carrot shreds
  • I drank 2L of water (the bathroom is my friend)
  • I got to bed at 10pm so I had just over 7 hours of sleep
  • took Piper to the park... she played hard!

Tuesday



  • did the treadmill for 25 again but stayed and did lower body for an hour (total 1.5 hours)
  • I love that romaine but had it with some cucumbers
  • Same dealie with the water... 2L
  • Bad sleep night... I didnt get to bed until midnight and suffering with 5 hours of sleep
  • Played with the pup in the back yard and hung out and laid in the sun
