Exhaustion/Overdoing it?

Exhaustion/Overdoing it?

I was wondering. What would you say are "symptoms" of exhaustion or overdoing it?


Obviously, I started this 12-week program and I went from exercising 3 days a week, to 6 (including 3 cardio, 3 weight training sessions). The first week, I felt great. Very energized, etc. Today, I was falling asleep on my way to work. This is after sleeping for 12 hours last night, and doing 20 min cardio this morning. I feel very tired.


If I am overdoing it or exhausted. What can I do, so I can remain on this program, but obviously, regain some rest/energy.


Thoughts?

I used to drink Myoplex too, but went looking for a cheaper alternative and found Scan Diet. They do come in single-serving packets. I tried vanilla tonight and it's awful. If you try it, stick with chocolate!

The protein I'm talking about is strickly protein powder not meal replacement.

I like that. I was really LOL. Chug down the protein and eat the yummy carbs. LOL. I think, for now, I'm going to try and eat my protein (yogurt, eggs, etc), only because I don't want to have to chug down protein forever. kwim?


how's your body feeling? sore still? eat more protein. lol. j/k.
