I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for good cardio videos? I have been doing pilates for a couple months now and want to add some cardio but have yet to find anything. I like dance but because I am an uncoordinated newbee I need something that isn't to complicated. Any ideas?

I have seen the Slim in 6. The programs are pretty tough actually, good workouts. I think they would definately be worth the money.
I borrowed my friends.
I don't know, I've lost a ton of inches but I'm following it religiously.
Also you can buy just the DVD's from amazon for cheaper or half.com that's what I got for my friend who wanted them and she bought her resistance band from walmart she didn't buy the set from beachbody at all.

Oh good. When I was trying to bid on them, people were bidding like 95 bucks and I was like are you idiots crazy you can buy the complete set with the bands and the diet eating plan and everything from the website for cheaper. LOL
When you get it you have to let us know how it is going, I am on Burn it Up...KILLER!

Well I took the leap and bought them both, it's going to take 4-6 weeks to ship them anyhow and that will give the amount of time it needs me to get through the Burn it up Disc. I think I may be mentally damaged because the description on the website for all these videos are tough.
