1. What's the worst weather you've been in? We had to pull off the interstate once because there was supposedly a tornado approaching. So a bunch of us were waiting it out in a McDonald's bathroom, when in walks a woman in a formal gown and crown. We were told it was Ms. MN. It was pretty funny at the time, and no tornado ever came.

2. What do you do to cool off when the weather is hot and humid? Like a wimp, stay in my climate controlled house.

3. When was the last time it rained where you live? Waaaaay too long since a signifigant rain - the lawns are all brown.

4. An item you try to always have on hand is: extra toilet paper and tissues.

5. The best thing about where I live is: low crime and not too many weather-related surprises.

Rebecca, wonderful wife and mom to the Fabulous Four!                   &n

1. What's the worst weather you've been in?

Probably Hurricane Isabel a few years ago. There was a lot of wind and rain. The worst part was probably the aftermath....no power for a week and waiting in dry ice lines. But, part of that was fun too. My neighbors and I got together and barbequed everything we had when the dry ice finally disappeared. As we were cooking all of our food, the power came back.

2. What do you do to cool off when the weather is hot and humid?

go into an air conditioned area.

3. When was the last time it rained where you live?

While I was at the gym about 1/2 hour ago. We didn't get much though. It's been a very dry summer.

4. An item you try to always have on hand is _____.....

Coffee. I can't function without my caffeine fix. And an item for storm preparation (since the theme of this is weather)...batteries for my alarm clock, flishlights, and radio. I learned my lesson when I ran out of batteries after Isabel.

5. The best thing about where I live is _____.....

Wow....I don't know. The DC area is great...lots to see and do. I can't pick just one thing.
