I feel like I'm stuck in a rut with my eating. I tend to have the same meals over and over, some of which are not good for me, especially now that I'm inactive.

I've always wanted to try making a quiche. Are they difficult to make?

The eggs are a great idea- and so versatile! I'm sure you could use beaters in a quiche (and they are easy-peesy to make) (I'll post a recipe later, short on time right now- if nobody else does!) They're also great in wraps with some cheese, and your salsa for some spice ;-)

How about a chili, soup or stew in a crockpot so you can save some for later?

Ummmm for snacks how 'bout baby carrots, sliced red peppers and hummus?

I have a few recipes I'll attach here, some for mini meat loaf muffins which I love and you can spice those up anyway you like, a gumbo-type recipe, my favorite pork tenderloin recipe, and a vegetarian chili recipe (which I don't think I've tried) and a delicious pork chop recipe too.

Here is another easy pork receipe.

Take a pork shoulder (or rump) rub with sea salt and liquid smoke (I think the recipe called for 1T of each, but I don't measure).

That's one of my son's favorite recipes, and it's fairly quick too! Liquid Smoke is just a liquid smoke flavoring that comes in a bottle. It's probably around the barbecue sauce section in the grocery store. I love that flavor so use it in a lot of different recipes.
