Everything going as planned, even got a small (unscheduled) workout in yesterday!


Any mid-course corrections needed?


Not as yet ;-)


Are you feeling more or less energetic as the week wears on?


This afternoon after school I felt a little zapped- tried to nap before I had to head out to the PTA meeting, but between my friend Keith texting me, and my neighbour visiting me, it wasn't much of a nap!!

Hmm, going as planned - BUSY! LOL I'm in the home stretch now though, and did pop by to see Geoff while he was at work on my way home from my part-time job which was nice, plus had time to have a game of Chess with Matt last night, and so don't feel like I'm neglecting anyone. LOL


Any mid-course corrections needed?


Not really, I'm trying to get in what exercise I can, but my eating is a bit wacky. I have to plan better for busy weeks I guess.


Are you feeling more or less energetic as the week wears on?


I think about the same. I'm trying to pace myself knowing that I only have Sunday off this week, so am not really pushing myself too hard but not letting myself slack either.

Yes I was so happy when I stepped on the scale now I can go get my pedicure. That's my non-food reward for hitting my first 20 lbs. YAY!

I like the pedicure idea! I'm usually a pretty conservative spender and do my own pedicures to save the money, but it would be a nice treat as a reward for weight loss. I hope you don't mind my stealing your idea! ;)

So have made it to the gym once and I hope to go today unless my Dad comes to take me to lunch. Have not been able to get back into the jogging, and since its getting dark outside I'm kind of thinking of maybe just stopping by the gym on the way home and doing an hour of aerobics twice a week in the evening.


Have to see how that will fly with family since dinner would be delayed an extra hour.
