Ok.....so we're not really going out, but the other day I was watching the TV show "You are what you eat"- and they went out to eat. It was pretty interesting to see how far the presenter went in changing what was on the menu to what she actually wanted, SO....

When you go out do you order directly from the menu, or do you make your own changes? Order on the side dressings, etc...

What's your biggest worry when going out?

I don't mind if you copy me! I just love turtles, but it also seemed fitting for the speed of my weight loss!

I only have to worry about it now days if I go to a new restaurant to us. Most the ones we go to know me and I don't even have to tell them what not to put in my dish I order.

But I do order dressing on the side, no tomatoes, lots of onion. I love onion. No added oils or vinegar's and if there is a choice on lettuce types I never go for iceberg.

Well, I am also a very picky eater.

I often join our lunch crowd at church, and we go to different places to eat after church.

Many times they will go to a fish place, and I don't like fish or chicken.

I rarely eat out. When I do, I ask for baked or grilled rather than fried & dressings/sauces/gravy on the side. There is always a problem w/the gravy. As if they don't have an extra sauce dish. Hmm...What's that all about??? LOL jan

I usually order off the menu, but try not to eat everything on
