Ouch! I slipped and fell at school...

Earlier today I walked up a hill at school to see what was taking the lunch staff so long to come and get our younger kids. I was really annoyed to see them just standing there chatting, they were already 5mins late- we had about 60 kids (30 of whom go to them) waiting in line, in the rain!!
This 'late' issue has been brought up, but nothing's changed.
Suffice it to say I was aggravated. I remember telling them we were waiting at the bottom of the hill and turned to walk away. Not sure how swiftly I turned (I guess out of anger lol)- whatever way it was {BAM} down I went.
Ouch.
I've managed to graze my right ankle, and I'm sure a nice bruise will develop too. My bum will surely get some color as well and my left knee- that's really the sore area. Think I twisted it slightly- it's very tender especially for bending.
Not good for the walk challenge.
Picked up some BenGay and going to slather it on in just a while. Plus I've been taking Advil. I'm terrified I'm going to really feel the affects of the fall tomorrow.
We're just not as limber as we once were.

And let's not forget about that lovely yellow the bruises will fade into over time!
How are you feeling now? Hope you're not too stiff. I am so beginning to feel the aches of age coming on, and we're still so young!
Hope you recover quickly.
I know Lorie, good to see you btw :-)
You know I think my body must be doing ok, because I seem to be doing much, much better today. I've even managed some Yoga and some cleaning!!
Oh.....regards to the bruising ladies, it's a nice shade of purples right now.... I get more of the greeny yellows than the yellows. Can't wait for that look. Have a feeling there'll be no getting lucky this weekend ;-)
