I have to say, I have no idea how you ladies keep up with the Fitness & Health board-- hat off to you!!
Yes, Miranda and I (& the rest of the ladies here) are all about a little variety-- it's funny we're not technically in the US, we're the most northern and most southern posters AND we share the same birthday. It really works out well!!
Hope you can find the time to pop in from time to time. Welcome to the 30's board!
I'm coming back at the right time, the challenge is just starting. I've done some Christmas shopping, but i plan to put the tree up on Friday afternoon. I should start wrapping those gifts too.
It can get pretty cold up here - January and February is usually our worst. It gets down to minus 30's BUT that's in Celcius which I think translates into around -22 Farenheit. The problem with our winters is that they last until April! Which is a little sickening. By March I'm ready for warm temps.
But I did take up cross country skiing which can make it a lot more bearable up here!
I hear New England is beautiful in the fall, but I bet you guys get that heavy wet snow which is miserable!
