I did not start out good yesterday...but I know that I will be getting better as the week goes on. I have some yummy squash to make this week...maybe I will do that tonight or tomorrow night when it is just me and the kids...hubby has to work late Monday & Tuesday this week.
I gained a few pounds over the summer when I finished training and had completed the half marathon. I was still exercising, but I was letting things creep back in that shouldn't be there, or not nearly as often anyway. I went back to Fitday in the fall. It really helps me.
I'm working really hard on the fruits and veggies thing.

Okay IG - I've been pretty slack on this lately in terms of actually using fitday for my food. I will see if I can get over there today!
It's been quite a while since I was at Fitday but you've motivated me to get back to it.
Now i just have to make good choices.
