I have it scheduled to workout affter dinner and I was told by my hubby to make dinner as normal and eat within the time that I am supposed to. I have also scheduled my workout time in the evening so that I can feel like I am sleeping in the mornings. We will see how it goes.

This weeks challenge is to see if you are using your Time wisely?

Do you make a conscious effort to ensure you have YOU time?

I try really hard to do my exercise soon after work finishes. If I settle down for too long that's the end for me! I'm not a morning person, so first thing in the day, especially on workdays is definitely out!!

How about making sure to 'schedule' time for working out and eating right?

See above for working out. I can sometimes get sidetracked doing *other* things to not leave enough time to cook something healthy though!!

I'm going to try extra hard to be extra good about scheduling this week!

Hmm, time is usually an issue for me. And scheduling an even worse issue! I know that my part-time job is over this week for good, so from now on, I should have some more time with just my full-time job.

I am going to try to make a schedule and not just to procrastinate on what I need to do this week.

This weeks challenge is to see if you are using your Time wisely?

Time has always been an issue for me when it comes to planning a workout or a meal. I seem to get sidetracked doing other things...maybe it's just watching a tv show or talking on the phone.

Do you make a conscious effort to ensure you have YOU time?
I have been making sure that I get ME time in lately. I either read or scrap book. It's important to just have time to myself. Once a month I get together with friends for dinner or breakfast and knowing that I am going to get that "girl" time helps me make it through the tough days.

How about making sure to 'schedule' time for working out and eating right?
Right now with me not working there's no reason to not do these things. I have time to prepare healthy meals and all the time in the world to exercise. I'm aiming at getting my workouts in during the morning hours...I'm not really a morning person, but since I don't have to be at work at 8am it's easier to get it done...my goal is that by the time I get back to work I will be so use to working out in the am that it will just be habit. So this week with this being the challenge it will help me in developing my schedule.

The board's been quiet over the past couple of days, so thought I'd check up on everyone and how they're doing with their TIME organizing....

How's the week going for you?

Do you make a conscious effort to ensure you have YOU time? I am doing pretty well with that right now. This year just doesn't seem as crazy as some. I'm hoping it's my being more organized and done shopping early, or part of it is. As we get closer to Christmas & New Year's weeks, I will need to work harder on that.

How about making sure to 'schedule' time for working out and eating right? So far so good with this too, for the most part. I ate a bit more than I planned to at the company party, but the good thing is that our appetizer spread had some good things on it; the tomato slices were excellent, and I don't usually eat just raw tomatoes. We also had lovely huge grapes on the cheese and fruit tray, and strawberries too. I did have a little cheese and some of the hummus and warm spinach/artichoke dip. Exercising is going well too, still doing it after work. As with the question above, this will get a bit more trick on Christmas and New Year's weeks since we'll be traveling at least some.

How's the week going for you?

So far it's alright. Nothing too crazy out of school. Kids are beginning to get a little excited in class, so we have a couple of holiday things to keep them "busy" LOL-- hopefully the remainder of the week will go just as smoothly. I'm starting my Xmas shopping today.... yes, today!!

IG, my time is about the same as yours - I'll be STARTING my christmas shopping this week! LOL I know I'm going to have more time now that my part-time job is done, so I'm planning on making the most out of that extra time!
