Welcome to the board Seakreature!
Yes your thirties can be fun to deal with can't they?? LOL I would say that the first thing to do is figure out what the source of your stress is and see if you can reduce that - stress itself can wreak havoc on our bodies, and before you figure out ways to handle the stress see if you can't remove it all together!
Then maybe check in with your doc to make sure everything is on the up and up. I'm sure you've seen a doc about the sinus infections, but I always say check to see if there is a medical issue behind some of these changes (wrinkles - probably not, LOL).
Then look to your eating and water intake. Actually diet could be a solution to many of your issues - getting enough fresh fruit & veggies, drinking water, and getting enough sleep can go a long way to dealing with how your skin looks, how you feel, how you deal with stress, and your metabolism!
And of course, I can't say enough about the women here - they are a wonderful group and full of support and great ideas!
