Kristine, sometimes we really have to make that effort to get a jump start on that weight loss. Sometimes maintenance is just not enough, but I know it can be so hard to push yourself. I'm kind of in the same boat - if I exercise more I eat more, or if I exercise less, I just eat a bit less resulting in no change at all. I just need a good ol' kick in the pants. LOL
