Well I didn't really keep track of anything over the weekend and I'm sure it was bad. DH needs to quit brining home loaves of French bread!
I'm trying to inspire myself to get out my SI6 DVDs and get up at 5:30 am!!! It really can't be as bad as I think can it. I use to work early hours at the bank and had to get up at some god forsaken hour why can't I do this now??

Gretchen, here's to getting up early. I know that I need to do something as well. I've not done ANY weights, and the morning would be a great time to fit that kind of stuff in.

It's not TOOOOO bad getting up at 5:30 Gretchen! Have you thought about splitting up your workouts? Maybe just 20-30 min in the morning and maybe another 20-30 in the evening (maybe this is where you can take Sydney out in the stroller)?
Last week was hectic. DH had is gallbaldder removed Tuesday and I've had to play nurse maid and kind of screwed up my week. Did some stress eating, however, I did get up early 3 days last week and do a 25 minute work out!
So I'm trying to get on track with SI6 again. I did my measurements last week and will start journaling this week because I should be back to my normal routine. Managed to get up this morning and work out but boy were my pants tight this morning. *sigh*
Relay for live was that first weekend in August. I didn't get as much walking in then as I would have liked but probably a few miles worth.
Food:08/13 - 1350 Prot: 31%, Carb: 54%, Prot: 15%, Fiber 18 grams
Water:08/13 - 67 oz.
Exercise:08/13 - 25 minutes SI6
What I need to do is work on an earlier bedtime. I'm going to cut back a little on the caffiene today and see if that helps. I really, really want to get up early and work out I know this is the best time for me but I won't do it if I don't wake up early enough to talk myself into it. If I'm getting up at 5:30 to work out I need to start coming around at 5:00 so I can lay there and psych myself up for 30 minutes. lol
Overall happy with my day.
