Food



Breakfast- coffee, fruit cup, french toast
Snack- n/a
Lunch- chicken fajita w/green and red peppers and onions
Snack- (d'oh) small tube of Pringles
Dinner- chicken fajita
Other- 2 glasses wine, 1 champagne, 2 beers....


Water



500oz weekly goal - 60/60


Exercise



150mins weekly goal - 60/0
Saturday- went walking with a friend of mine, for an hour!!
Sunday- n/a


Sleep



Fri>Sat- 8hrs
Sat>Sun- 7.5hrs


What was good



Ummm.......that I was hanging with good friends and having a good time??


What was bad



That I was out hanging with friends and having a good time? LOL- yes....feeling the affects of last night today!


10 Things to do in September



1. Add a 10-minute walk to your daily routine- am going to do the walk in spot while commercials are on in the evenings, when I think of it!!
2. Eat more seeds-
3. Take the family apple picking - n/a for me, but will make an effort to eat more this month!
4. Go for greener cleaners-
5. Find a new way to stay fit-
6. Check your water bottle-
7. Try a new vegetable-
8. Cut back on driving-
9. Get more sleep-
10. Change your makeup - did this last month....no need to do it again....or is there??

Lunch- panini (Stouffer's)

Dinner- shepherd's pie

What was good



That our staff meeting had to be cancelled. (I know...the disappointment!)- was home early enough to go for a quick walk, before cleaning the house.


What was bad



Not much was bad today...oh, could have done A LOT better with water. I forgot to take the water bottle out of the fridge at school. Will do this first thing tomorrow morning to see how much I can actually get through!!

I must be a glutton for punishment...signed on to be the teacher rep at the PTA board meeting tonight. Was supposed to be from 6-8, didn't get out of there until 8.45. What was good was that it was at a small Mexican place, and I held back on beer and a 'big' meal :-)


What was bad



That I didn't exercise....and I did have time to between school and the meeting, but instead, came to the boards!!
