D: Pizza (capicolli & hot peppers, no cheese, multi-grain crust)

Thoughts:



Not a bad day, but did fall apart eating wise towards the evening. Got some exercise in, and overall not an awful start to the week considering it was a holiday!


Oh had a wonderful date Saturday, which was followed up by another wonderful date on Sunday with the same guy!

2. Eat more seeds - Adding sunflower seeds and soy nuts to my salads

Wo-Hoo.....on the date working out so well that there was a 2nd one, the next day!! Do tell.....what's he like? What does he do? How was the conversation?? (Prying minds want to know LOL....)

Wow- you are one tough cookie Miranda (go check out the T&T board....I thought I was one tough cookie, but I'm nothing by comparison LOL)- personally I think you did the right thing. See how he does with being *independent* ....I'm sure losing all his new clothes was hard for him to deal with.

Good for you Miranda!! One thing that is hard to work around is dinner at our house too. I just never no who's going to be there or not with all the kids got going on so I understand your frustration. Keep us posted I'll be curious how this works out for you.
