I came to a realization today.
You're SO right to focus on how far you have come, and not be too over zealous on where you want to go. Keeping in mind how well you have done, all the changes you have made and realizing why you made those changes is great- and will in the long run help to keep you on track.
Well done :-)
Amen to that Angie!!
That's a great attitude to have! You have done a great job so far, and being a role model for your daughter is fabulous motivation to keep doing what you're doing!
And don't feel a bit guilty over a lovely pampering evening, we all need those once in a while, and darnit if we don't work hard to deserve it!
I'm beginning to think that maybe hanging on so hard to a certain "ideal" weight or specific goal might not be a good thing and really not helping reach that goal.
Commit to making a life style change and keep in mind that is always changing and challenge
DH and I went on a 25 mile bike ride.
Angie! Way to go on that brutal bike ride!! Holy smokes! I hope you got some good stretching in and aren't feeling too sore!
I'm planning this weekend for next week.
Glad to hear this:
back on track Monday (as long as I am better)
Hope you do feel better by then Angie- good for you for getting a plan ready to work with you!
Hey Angie, hope you are feeling better today!!
