I'm not sure if I even started an August journal, but feel as if I had a good month.
So far, I've had a good start to Sept, I hope to keep it going.
I'll catch the month up and hopefully, keep it going.
Sat. 1st elliptical and weights (in the gym before leaving Fl.)
Sun 2nd - weights and walk - (1.25mile power walk uphill and 1.25 jog downhill)
Monday 3rd walk (same as Sunday
Thursday walk (same)
Sat. Weights and walk
Sun - no exercise, but I did go on a 1 hr. motorcycle ride with the boys : )
I'm starting to see results in my stomach which always motivates me : ) and I'm feeling stronger...my first walk, I would walk for a stretch of the downhill. I'm now jogging the entire way and yesterday, I even jogged back up my driveway (I usually stop at jogging at the bottom and walk up)
I just hope to keep it up!
