I have struggled so badly lately, I'm determined to make October work for me.


B: 3 scrambeled egg whites, 1/4 cup ff cheese, coffee


S: SF jello


L: Grilled chicken breast, romaine, w/ cucumbers, peppers, broccoli


S: boiled egg


D: Roasted peppers, onions & another chicken breast


S: LF string cheese

** Got such a bad headache all day, that's the last thing I ate.

Hey Melissa, watch skipping those meals - with the workouts you want to be sure you are fueling your body enough! Great job on getting the workout in - hope you are back to feeling 100%!

Glad to see you were feeling better Melissa- but Miranda's right... watch that skipping meals for working out. Something small just to tide you over would be a good idea, though perhaps that apple you had was closer to lunch time than it appears ;-)
