Well we are 4 days into October.

Hope Emma is feeling better today!
So far today I've eaten:
Brkfst - 2 whole Eggs & 1 Egg white with 1 slice of cheese & LOTS of coffee (Emma was up at 5am) :)
Snack - Nectarine
Lunch - Tuna with 1 tsp low fat mayo, 1 pickle & baby carrots (about 5)
Dinner - Plan to have Talapia and veggies
I have been drinking lots of water today.

Love the signature Angie- are you and Mike going away for the anniversary then?? I'm sure you'll be ok without little Emma for a few days. Bring lots of pictures ;-)

I did well Friday but yesterday I was pretty lazy.
I hear ya on the cooling down part.... though let's be thankful we don't deal with snow, especially this early on in the season!
