100

Basically I know my November is going to be busy, and probably a little stressful, with conferences and getting ready for the fundraiser. With that in mind, and knowing I won't have as much free time to spend here my goals, and journal are going the simple route this month-

Exercise
4 times a week

Water
Daily

Food
Balance daily

R&R
Take some time for myself, daily!

Plus I'll do the.... 10 things to do in November

1. Buy a plant
2. Make a pot of soup
3. Stretch
4. Assess your beverage intake
5. Kill germs
6. Drink green tea
7. Start your Christmas shopping
8. Go for whole grains
9. Get outside
10. Downsize your dishes

Thursday, Nov 1

Exercise
4 times a week

Water
Daily: 60

Food
Ate well today- breakfast was special K and a coffee, had a PB&J sandwich and an orange at school. Lunch was leftover chicken w/veggies and pasta and dinner was- way overboard with 3 slices of BBQ chicken pizza. It was yummy!

R&R
Heading to the couch after wrapping up here!

Thoughts
TOM is definitely approaching. Lower backache all afternoon, plus have the whole 'starving' thing going on... the need for that 3rd slice of pizza was unwarranted!!

IG, I think you did pretty well considering TOM is upon you - anything that isn't nailed down isn't safe around me - I'll eat it all around that time of the month! LOL

Hope you got some "me" time in last night!

Hey IG, you used to drive a Corolla right? So the Cavalier must feel a bit similar to that.

Great job on the walk! Here's to a fun-filled weekend for you - it looks like its a busy one!!

Miranda- yes it's quite similar to the Coralla. It feels a little 'taller' actually, but in reality I don't think it is. It's nice and easy to get into as opposed to my Rodeo, which I have to 'climb' into LOL

Sonia-- yep 0 days!! So far weekend's going well. We went out last night but were home before midnight. I was surprised. I seriously thought it would be a much longer 'out' night. Glad it wasn't though!

Saturday, Nov 3

Exercise
4 times a week
Fri- 20min walk
Sat- 50mins yoga

Water
Daily: 60/70/60

Food
Just an ok food day- breakfast and lunch were fine, then I had some chicken strips (Stacy!!) and french fries. Had it early too, so when BC and I went out I was almost tempted to get something else.... but didn't- just had the beers!!

R&R
Yoga!

Thoughts
Had a productive day yesterday- got the new microwave (for $100- as I wanted one with a clock, and not just a dial)- no clothes shopping. Came home did a quick clean and popped in my Yoga dvd. Relaxed then until I had to head to the airport.
Great to have BC home =)
