Overall
Okay, so my dinner sucked. LOL I was out running errands, and ticked off that Matt wasn't home for dinner. Then he gets home VERY late with hickeys on his neck!! Ohmigod. So we did have a little chat about how unclassy it was to have his girlfriend sucking on his neck like a freakin' leech. LOL I did get some exercise in, and made sure that I'm eating fairly healthy and getting some good antioxidants in!
Exercise
50 Minute Kickboxing Class
Food
B: green tea smoothie, porridge, water, yogurt
L: Tuna w/sesame oil & chilis, crackers, broccoli salad
D: Chocolate bar
S: Granola bar, Orange, Red Wine
Relaxation
Watched some TV while waiting up for Matt. Okay. WITH a glass of red wine to aid the relaxation. LOL
November To Do List
1. Buy a plant
2. Make a pot of soup
3. Stretch - Yup! Stretched at Kickboxing
4. Assess your beverage intake - Could use some more water
5. Kill germs
6. Drink green tea - Green tea smoothie
7. Start your Christmas shopping
8. Go for whole grains
9. Get outside
10. Downsize your dishes

You know, chocolate can actually be good for you, so that chocolate bar was't all bad....maybe you were just trying to fill a few days worth of your chocolate need all at once? In fact, it's something recommended to have daily (although only an ounce a day) on the new diet I'm doing.
And do those glass noodles have any gluten in them at all?

The glass noodles - I'm not sure if they're gluten free. The lables on the chinese food items are a little vague sometimes. As for the taste, they just pick up whatever else you're cooking, if they're in a stirfry, they just pick up the taste of the sauce.
