Tuesday, April 1st

All day I kept reminding myself how I want this to be a GREAT month for me.... and all here. The little voices in my head kept my game on =)

Ate ok, w/out breakfast though. Did make quiche (like someone suggested last week for a breakfast)- kept it more savory though and will have it for lunches. Also bought some frozen veggie mixes to have on hand for variety.

Went for a walk (40mins/ 2 miles) in the park-- boy oh boy is it windy today!!

Drank about 70oz (was drinking out of 3 different bottles so kinda lost track LOL)

Wednesday, April 2nd

Still kept my mind thinking of the 'on track' month I want this month.... though things got a little busy when I got home from school this afternoon. Had to make a couple of phone calls, then one of my neighbors came down to 'visit' (she just got back from vacation)-- intended on jumping on the bike... but it's far too windy out there. Almost hurricane like. The rain splattered right through the screens in the kitchen- my tiles are/were white!! Winds are gusting up to about 30mph.... and I live on the top of a hill....

Breakfast was coffee and half a bagel w/cream cheese. Snack in school was veggies w/dip. Lunch was quiche and for dinner another slice of quiche with a salad. Did snack on some pineapple and pistachios too.

15mins upper arm weight work. Yay me!!

Oh well.... you all spoke too soon ;-)

Not such a lousy day today, but did manage to do something to my upper back- not sure if it was the way I slept or the (little) work with weights I did yesterday, in any case it's all screwy- sort of like a crick in the neck but further down below my right shoulder. Took it easy today.

Weather's still blowing hard. Supposed to die down overnight.

Breakfast was coffee, pb&j sandwich. Snack in school was an orange. Lunch was a Lean Cuisine (peanut chicken). Snacked on some pistachios and had the rest of the quiche and a small salad for dinner. Also had 2 beers out at HH with a teacher I work with.

No exercise.

It's strange.... woke up this morning with my back nearly worse than yesterday, but by the time I had dressed, made coffee and sat down at the computer; things were fine.

I did feel a slight twinge after work though. Must be the way I slept.... not the weights lol~
