I NEED to get motivated this month!!
So far today 3 mile walk/jog. It's calling for rain this afternoon, so I'm my way out to enjoy the beautiful morning before the weather turns.

Great job on getting out there this morning Sonia-- I really do admire you for 'working with' the weather and not letting it get in your way!

Hope you're having a nice weekend =)

I had a mixed bag of exercise today! Last night I headed to the couch around 12:30 AM, I forget that DH had moved a table around and knocked my left shin good...unfortunately in my haste, I pulled up my right leg and got that one too. They were both hurting this morning, so I skipped my jog. This evening DH and D went out on the 4-wheeler, so I took my bike down and put it on the trainer. I'm not sure of my exact time on it because I set a timer for 35 minutes, but had to get off to help DH get in a calf that had escaped. There was 13 minutes left on the timer when I got back on. I stayed on after the timer went off, to make us some of the lost time, but DH and Dawson headed down the driveway with D's bike and after just a couple of minutes I saw Dawson going up the road on his bike. This is MAJOR news for Dawson! After a couple of attempts a couple of years ago, he gave up on his bike! He has been riding his motorcycle for 2 years, but wouldn't touch the bike! He didn't want to get off of it!
So I got off of my bike and ran down with the camera to get some pics.
So here is the mixed bag.
1. bike on trainer
2. calf chasing
3. Dawson chasing (yep, shins still hurt)

Finally some AM exercise. 30 minutes on the elliptical before work. It almost didn't happen. I was very tired this morning for some reason and couldn't wake up when the alarm went off, but just as I was drifting back off to sleep, I heard the sheep which woke me back up.
