IG-Actually, I've been busy at work. Haven't had a lot of time on any board. I've been slacking as a CL :( I'm trying to be more "around" on all boards, at least a little. I miss it. I hate working all day. lol.
Miranda-I think this is more doable, but who knows, we'll see. So far, I haven't been overly good. :(
Vanessa: thanks for the support and compliments on the pic. I hate pics, but I like that one. :)
LOL. Sorry I didn't get back sooner to define what yakisoba is. It's a pretty good description. We buy the bagged kind. Fry up the noodles, add in chicken, and veggies (like water chestnuts, carrots, green beans, etc). Yummy. We also put it on top of rice. I had some last night again, and DH made a bowl for me, for Wednesday. :)
Question. What's the average amount of minutes I should exercise a month? I was trying to figure it out, and I'm like, 20 mins a day, 5 days a week? 40 min/5day? Help.

Sounds like a really interesting plan-- and quite doable, plus easy to remember! lol
Good to see you.... with all 3 of your boards I understand now why we don't see you as often anymore!!
