D-Baked chicken thigh, 1/2 c Brown Rice Mix, 1/2 c Mac n Cheese, Green Beans
S-Brownie


Water = 48 oz


Exercise - 5K training - 30 min

Looks like a great day Vanessa - and I'm sure those were 16 TOUGH minutes of that DVD. Did you like it other than it being too advanced?

Good day there Vanessa. You know I don't think of getting muffins, and I've been getting bagels the last couple of times. Muffins would be a much better choice! Too bad about the workout being a little too much.

Miranda I DIDN'T like it at all & I normally love the Caribbean workout dvds but the normal lady wasn't even leading on this dvd.

Tuesday through Saturday were an exercise bust - between battling a head cold and TOM I didn't get any workouts in but I did extremely well with the Weight Watchers plan those days!

D - Cheese ravioli, carrots
