No, all I meant by it was I was keeping my journal in a more simple format this month- knowing that I won't be able to post when in Ireland too....

I'll try to do better before I go though- that ok? ;-)

Hey IG, sometimes it's nice to just take it easy - and I know you have a LOT on your plate right now between end of the year stuff, and getting ready for your holiday!!!

Miranda--- you wouldn't believe how many lists I have going on right now.... this is why I typically like a few weeks to get ready to go away rather than a few days!!

Tuesday, June 3rd

Good lord, another crazy morning. I have to have the right attitude going into class tomorrow. Ack.... I know we're all excited but it doesn't mean to forget about all the rules.... do as we want etc... some of them (kids) were just terrible. I don't like when I have to use my 'loud' voice LOL--
Afternoon was much more calm. Came home after stopping at the pharmacy- had some 'ick' in my eye last night (I cried when I saw it, I just can't take much more)- picked up stuff for it (knock on wood it's not bad this evening)-- got some Thera flu (I'm out) and some lozenges, for a sore throat. I know..... it's ridiculous!!!
Did go for a quick walk when I got home and got phone calls and bills done too. All in all a busy, but productive day!

Food- B: coffee, cereal. S: crackers w/cheese, grapes. L: chicken lasagna. S: sun chips. D: chicken breast, red potatoes w/butter, sugar snap peas.

Exercise- 20mins on the bike/ nothing/ 20min walk

Oh IG, what a way to finish off the year! Just think only a couple more days to put up with the little monsters and then their mother's can deal with them! LOL

Now here's hoping that you can spend some time pampering and caring for yourself before your big trip!

Looks like it was a great day for you, regardless of the craziness!

Wednesday, June 4th

Much better day in class!!
Food was just ok, after school I went walking and then shopping. I shopped for so long that by the time I was finished I stopped in at McD's (I haven't had it in months!)- very proud of myself although I got a Big Mac, I stuck with a sm. fries and a sm. shake. I wanted chocolate, but they didn't have any so went with vanilla. It still ended up being close to 800cals! But it was so good ;-)

Food- B: coffee, cereal. S: veggies w/dip. L: chicken lasagna.
