Ok so here I am journalling my exercise and measurements.

Hey Darla,


Sounds like you are off to a good start!! In the latest Muscle & Fitness Hers edition they had an article on journaling and said that you should track your exercise, food and mood or feelings. So for instance,


You would record:



Squats - 20 reps - could have gone down lower, felt tired midway through


Breakfast - cereal, yogurt - felt hungry mid-morning, needed a snack, was busy all morning


Record what you did, what you ate, and how you were feeling or what was going on so you can really identify patterns.


That's what they suggested and it made sense to me when I read it, although I'm a bit lazy in the journalling department!

Good idea about making some adjustments in case hubby doesn't feel like hitting the gym!

That's awesome Darla! Yeah - I've never been a size 1 & I don't wanna be either. I just wanna be toned & fit too. I'm going to try to Challenge myself more next week too although it will be Fourth of July weekend AND TOM (ugh)! Lol isn't On Demand great? I miss Comcast. I have Verizon Fios now :-( lemme know how your pilates dvd works out & which one it is! That is MY trouble spot - my core/midsection.
