Those look like great goals Stacy. Which bike do they have at the hotel - the recumbent or the regular?

I'm finally back home. Thursday was my travel day so the food is terrible. I had breakfast in my hotel room, then lunch at PF Chang's and dinner in the airport in Charlotte. On Friday I was hanging out with a friend who dragged me out for lunch. Today will be tough to control to, since I'm headed to my dad and stepmother's house to retrieve my cats and won't be back until tomorrow.

Thursday:
Breakfast: bagel with turkey sausage and cheese
Snack: banana
Snack: watermelon
Lunch: spring rolls, egg drop soup, honeyed chicken, brown rice
Snack: pack of crackers (cheddar on wheat....the healthiest thing available in the airport in Augusta)
Dinner: spinach and mushroom pizza from Sbarro
Snack: pretzel, waffles, handful of cereal
Total calories: 2100
No exercise

Friday:
Breakfast: veggie sausage, matzo with egg
Lunch: chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato
Dinner: whole wheat pasta with spinach, turkey meatballs, spaghetti sauce, cheese
Snack: pretzel
Total calories: 2030
Exercise: helped a friend clean a house he just bought to prep for his move today

Hey STacy, sounds like you got back and hit the ground running - hopefully you will get a few moments to relax and regroup for the week ahead!

I've done pretty well with food and exercise for the past few days. I'm glad to be back home and have the lake available to me so I can walk each night. However, I know I need to skip a couple days of walking each week and go to the gym instead. My upper body needs some work!

Saturday:
Breakfast: veggie sausage and cheese on light bread
Lunch: bagel with smart balance spread
Snack: pretzels
Dinner: 2 spareribs, pasta salad, zucchini, corn
Snack: cake with pineapple/cool whip frosting
Total calories: 1400
No exercise

Sunday:
Breakfast: bagel with smart balance spread
Snack: yogurt, pretzels
Lunch: homemade pizza...spinach, mushrooms, feta on whole wheat crust
Dinner: turkey burger on corn tortilla with sweet potato fries
Total calories: 1760
Exercise: walked 3.5 miles (stopped early when my back started hurting),
