Didn't lose much weight in June & missed my exercise goal :-(

July goals:
Food: WW Flex Plan, Track points
Water: 64 oz/day
Exercise: Total weekly minute goal total to equal at least 30 min per weekday
Sleep: This has become an issue for me. Aim for 6 hours each night

Tuesday, July 1st

Food: WW Flex Plan, Track points

B- ww smoothie w/ blueberries, light english muffin, ff cheese slice, 1 tsp evoo
S-grapes, 2 wasa light crackers, light laughing cow cheese wedge
L-light english muffin, ff cheese slice, veggie burger, brussel sprouts, 1 oz bbq chips
D-1c brown rice, 2 drumsticks, stirfry peppers, lowfat brownie
S-nectarine

Water goal: 64 oz/day
-Actual 48 oz

Exercise: Total weekly minute goal total to equal at least 30 min per weekday
-Actual 0

Sleep: This has become an issue for me. Aim for 6 hours each night
-Actual 4 hour 20 min (up late booking tickets for Vegas birthday celebration)

Notes: TOM, weight up 2.5 lbs but I'm hoping it's water weight

Aiming for 6 hours sleep seems like a good goal. I recently read an article somewhere that said the ideal amount is actually 6-7 hours and not 8 like everyone always thought.

Yeah I read it's harder for people who get less sleep to lose their midsections for some reason which is my BIG problem area...

Looks like a great start to July Vanessa! I'm glad you are tracking your sleep - I don't know how you function at all on what sleep you get! Holy smokes, I would likely bite someone's head off with only 4 hours of sleep! LOL

Well, we have our tickets! Lol Still planning where to stay. I want to have that booked this month!

On WW I get 20 points a day & an extra 35 flex points per week to use however I want. Plus you get extra points for exercising!

Yeah - 4 hours was pretty miserable the next day Miranda lol. I usually get about 5 hours.

That's what I love about WW - that nothing is OFF LIMITS - you just have to work it in to the plan.
