I can't believe it is already JULY!!!
I want to add weights back in to my fitness schedule, work on making healthier eating choices, and drinking more water. I do good getting in enough water on my days off, but I struggle at work. I keep water on my desk, but I go hours without picking it up - maybe because I'm usually frozen ; )
I've had an OK week.
Monday - Nothing
Tuesday July 1st - nothing
Wednesday - 40 mile bike ride - yep I didn't to and from work
Thursday - very little upper body weights - I think I was still wiped out from the ride on Wed. After making the round trip, I don't think it is something that I will be able to do a couple of times a week - it just takes too much time and my schedule isn't always predictable. I still plan on doing it again, but my first trip gave me a good dose of reality.
Friday - 3.5 mile walk/jog
Sat - 3.5 mile walk/jog
