Pretty good day. Ate well, no bad snacks, went for a swim, and cut down the shrubs outside my front doors which is step one of my landscaping project!

Not a bad day either! Rode my bike into work and back, and did relatively well at the barbecue over at Geoffs - no potato salad! Just steak and veggies.

Good job passing up the potato salad! That's a BIG weakness for me at bbqs.

I have to say potato salad is hard to resist but it sure packs on the calories.

Hmm slid off the wagon today. No exercise, bad eating. How on earth could I eat 300 calories worth of cherries??? Pasta w/shrimp and white sauce doesn't help either. But did get to bed early after a late night on Tuesday.

Did you eat an entire jar of cherries? LOL
The pasta with shrimp does sound good.

LOL Miranda - if you had to overdo it on something - at least it was cherries! They're expensive as all heck here right now - $5.99/lb
