I started working out today again!
I'm sort of debating what to do for my workouts.
Hey Lynn, good to see you down here. One of the things I love about our journal section is the feedback and encouragement we get from the others!
I think your 'plan of attack' is a good one. You're right, you don't want to overdo it and get disheartened, on day 2--- one of our favorite expressions is 'baby steps'..... gradually taking bigger ones!

Well I don't officially start my self-inflicted boot camp until tomorrow, but I've been doing quite a bit the past few days.
I think I know the reason why so many of my previous workout plans failed...I am very impatient and expect results right away!
Just finished a 4 mile walk!
