Welllll, I haven't exactly got off to a roaring start.


Wine, junk food, wine, junk food, wine .... well you get the picture. LOL


At any rate, I did go and buy some ingrediants for the detox plan, and have actually hit the gym twice this month already fitting in a cardio workout and my full circuit as well as ab work each time onee on Saturday and again today.


My goal this month is to see some loss. Oh wait I already did. My boyfriend. LOL


No seriously, I would like to see either inches or pounds gone this month. I'm not going to set a goal for how much but I do have to really push myself to see some progress.

A pretty good day. I am really trying to keep to the foods in the detox diet and am finding it pretty easy to do.

Wednesday, Aug 6


Not a bad day, I did slip in the afternoon, but instead of letting everything slide, I got right back on track. Am still doing well with the detox foods, and am finding it tasty, easy to prepare and surprisingly filling!


Food:



Breakfast: soy berry smoothie
Snack: Cherries, Almonds
Lunch: Salad w/chicken, chickpeas, 1/2 Avocado
Snack: Caramel Square, Decaf Cappuccino
Dinner: Dill Salmon, Edamame, Mixed Veggies, Peas in pod
Snack: Mixed berries


Calories: 1641


Drinks:

Good for you not letting that little afternoon mishap (which really wasn't bad at all) run on into the rest of your day Miranda.
