OK, I have figured out how to motivate me to get on the exercise bike, LOL!
You know Kim, sometimes I have to just work on one thing at a time. last week was really my week to concentrate on figuring out a workout schedule that would work. This week I'm determined to make some better food choices!!

Good for you Kim--- the trick is to keep that 'agreement' with yourself now, and ONLY watch the show on the bike.... while biking ;-)

Ah..... so no exercise because you were 'playing' with the new PDA (WOHOO that it came in!!)--- we say 'setting it up' but in all honesty, those of us who love them so much, know better ;-)
