Wow - as Darla said I can't believe it is October already! Now the count down to traveling home for Christmas begins so I REALLY need to get my rear in gear and lose some weight! I plan to get back to eating right, exercising more consistently and hopefully lose 5 pounds this month. I'm going to "weigh-in" on Friday to see the damage I've done over the past month or so...
