Saturday wasn't a good start to November in terms of food, but I guess it's to be expected when hanging out with Greg.

Sounds like a well rounded Saturday Stacy-- I almost did a roast pork last night too.... well that was my plan, I got a little side tracked though ;-)

I did a little better with food over the past 2 days, but I'll be very happy when there's no more halloween candy laying around!


Sunday:
Breakfast: banana pancakes with sugar-free syrup, veggie sausage
Lunch: leftover pork roast wrapped in a multigrain tortilla with cheese
Dinner: grilled cheese and homemade butternut squash soup (it was so good I ate 3 bowls of it!)
Snack: KitKats
Total calories: 1830
Exercise: none, unless you could the nearly an hour of strenuous squash cutting!


Monday:
Breakfast: light breakfast sandwich
Snack: KitKats
Lunch: corned beef on pumpernickel with coleslaw
Snack: twizzlers
Dinner: butternut squash soup, wrap with chicken, cheese, brown rice, lentils, jalapenos
Total calories: 1790
No exercise

I'm with you on that Halloween candy - I have got to put on blinders and learn to walk right by it. I think I overdosed on it yesterday!

This site keeps freezing on me, so I guess I have to start over with this post AGAIN! Tuesday wasn't a terrible food day, but I snacked when I wasn't really hungry, but I stayed in rather than going out as planned and may have saved myself from eating even more that way.


Breakfast: light bfast sandwich


Snack: yogurt


Lunch: mongolian BBQ with noodles


Snack: banana bread


Dinner: boca burger with cheese, tater tots


Snack: wine, cheese and crackers, a little dark chocolate


Total calories: 2130

There are apparently some glitches on the boards recently. Good job on staying in, I did not- and paid for it yesterday in calories, and today in pain ;-)
