Hey Kim~ hope the p/t conferences went well- we start ours next week! Sorry to hear you've been in a funk- I hear that's going around ;-)

Hope you find some answers about your foot! How frustrating for you....

People react to shots in different ways; some get queasy at the thought and during the process (me!!)- some hurt (you...) some do fine (your dh)-- some even bruise!! Hope your shoulder is feeling more normal now.

LOL Lori - mine is usually just a little soreness in the upper arm for the rest of the day. Not enough to prevent me from going about my every day business but enough to know I got a shot that day lol

Hey Kim, hope you had a great weekend and your shoulder feels a bit better. I know I used to get a bit of stiffness anytime I had a shot. I never get the flu shot, because I rarely get the flu, but know a lot of people who experience a bit of discomfort when they get it.

Have you thought about swimming? It's a great cardio workout, low impact, and it really tones the whole body!
