Okay, December is a crazy month, so I don't think I'll track like I normally do. I'll just set some general goals ...

Exercise - Try to keep to 4 to 5 workouts a week; try a yoga class; try another class

Food - Try to cut down on meals bought out; try to cut down on coffee; try to have fruit & protein snacks

Other - Keep up with 10 Things list; purge household items

10 Things to Do in December ...

1. Have a snowball fight with your kids
2. Eat more fibre
3. Help someone in need
4. Drink more water
5. Take a yoga class
6. Eat an apple a day
7. Plan ahead for snacks
8. Cut the pop
9. Strengthen your abs and core
10. Make your resolution achievable

Is there actually a health benefit to cutting down the coffee (other than eliminating an addiction)?

'Tis the season and all the rest, so one day on, one day off.... not so bad! Let's just keep track of the off-the-wagon days and make sure we don't do too many of them, at least in a row ;-)

~what were the going away snacks for??
