Well, no exercise to start the month, but I think I'm burning extra calories just trying to stay warm! I was doing ok with my food, until I decided I was still hungry after dinner.


Breakfast: light english muffin with light cheese and turkey sausage


Snack: wheat thins


Lunch: tuna sandwich, pear


Snack: wheat thins


Dinner: multi-grain wrap with chicken, brown rice, cheese, jalapenos, sour cream, green salsa


Snack: multi-grain wrap with cheese and jalapenos


Total calories: 1820

Stacy I forgot to mention to you I finally found quinoa at my Giant this weekend in the health/organic section. EXPENSIVE though - $4.79

Good to see you back here Stacy! Hope you got that core workout in! Now about those sesame noodles - are they made of sesame or just have some sesame dressing on them? You always have the most delicious sounding meals!
