I did ok with food today, but no exercise.
Breakfast: smoothie of soy milk, flax seeds, banana, blackberries
Snack: banana, a few almonds
Lunch: ground turkey, brown rice, pinto beans, jalapenos
Dinner: 2 turkey burgers on corn tortillas, corn
Snack: soy milk
Total calories: 1700
Today was my day hanging out with Greg, and we did go out for lunch, but I was able to order something within the restritions of the detox diet.
Looks like a great couple of days Stacy! Way to go!! That was nice of Greg to work in some changes to dinner so you could stay on the detox plan! And big thumbs up for resisting the bread!!! That is a tough one!

Nope, nothing has really changed, but my interest in him has faded as we've become closer friends.
Today was a good food day in terms of the choices I made and the calories I had, but bad in terms of my dinner-time attempt to make a new recipe.
