Well, I haven't been very consistant here at all!!
I know that recently I've really been plagued by fatigue in those few days leading up to TOM, it can be a struggle just to get through the day without crashing. If you know you have some TOM issues, I would say set some more moderate goals and then force yourself to just hop back on the wagon when you're done. It can be easy to try to be strict with yourself during a time when your hormones are really working against you and then feel totally dejected because you can't stick to your lofty goals - we really should be kinder to ourselves!
Great job on those workouts - I love the idea of the ifit programs!
