Last night's exercise......


15 minutes @ 4mph (0.75 miles) on the treadmill


15 minutes of weight training -cross- kickboxing.


I was so tired and glad I didnt over do it.

Good for you Darla..... you know last night watching TV I saw they have a new 'Dirty Dancing' workout dvd-- all the songs and the dances to go along with it. Although perhaps a little cheesey.... it did look fun!
