Oh my goodness... My legs were hurting from Monday's workout and then with water aerobics last night, I have shoulder achiness!

Darla-- looks like you are on plan again. Vacations can be tough to stay 'on full track'-- but you were doing so well prior to going away I have no doubt you're on the wagon already, sounds like it. GREAT job on the workouts so far!!
