Sounds like you are doing great wtih the walking - eating can be a chore though. I agree. How about stocking up on some fun 100 calorie snacks - they are all over the grocery store now. At least when you're reaching for something during the day you are getting some good portion control.

Good job on the treadmill workout! I need to find a food plan for myself, I am really not doing well in the treats department!

Great idea!! I know I can't do my gym workout without my music - I need something to occupy my mind! LOL
