Great job on bringing the carrots to snack on! I've just been going through a period where I coulnd't possibly imagine eating less. I was sure I woudl starve. But in reality I had just let myself get used to gorging myself on loads of food I didn't really need.
I am really trying to cut down on snacking and stuffing my face just to occupy my time! LOL
Hope you can get out for that walk - just getting outside can help lift your spirits!

GREAT job on the walk.... and you know the fresh air/sunlight will not only be good for a lil' vitamin D, but it will probably give you a boost of energy too. (I can only assume your job is office orintated, all the more reason for fresh air!!)

How about checking out your library for DVDs? That way you get good variety without the committment! (hmmm, too bad you can't take out men from the library, LOL)
Anyhoo, about your walking, I know we just had a post about playlists with great songs, or how about book CDs? Just listen to a few chapters while you're walking! I LOVE books on CD!
