Time to get back into the game.
Hey Lori - that WILL be a big change. I actually just picked up a booklet from Planet Organic (I don't know if you guys have them out there) on different grains and it talked a lot about what grains are suitable for a gluten free diet. I think Kamut and Spelt were on the list, and I know I've had both and quite liked them in pizza doughs or in crumbles.
Anyways, hope that you guys find what works for your daughter!

Well, my eating habits are way out of control.
Lori, I know I have days (who am I kidding, weeks sometimes) of wanting nothing but sweets! Is it maybe cycle related? About a week or so before TOM I find it difficult to turn down sweet snacks.
hopefully its out of your system and that healthy tooth takes over! Great job on fitting in that exercise!!
